CBLT
The classic BLT evolved alongside the likewise venerable Club sandwich, each of them tracing heritage to "tea sandwiches" of the late 19th Century. We update the legendary BLT for modern audiences by building the traditional five ingredients around a juicy grilled breast of chicken. We also substitute our housemade avocado mayo for regular mayo and use toasted sourdough instead of white bread. The result is as timeless as its ancestor, but bold enough to satisfy modern appetites.
