Steak Frites
A staple of Franco-European brasseries steak frites (or, simply, "steak with fries") usually includes a tender cut of beef grilled in a sauce or reduction, then served with fried potatoes, commonly string-cut French fries. We give our take on this French staple a pan-European kick by marinating it in our housemade German Märzen lager. Served with crispy fries and drizzled with tangy steak sauce.
