Our Philosophy

At Gordon Biersch Brewery Restaurant Group, we take tremendous pride in our award-winning brews, and in turn we take pride in our brewers.  Our brewery careers are challenging, unique and rewarding.  We provide exciting advancement opportunities for those individuals that exemplify what it is to be a Gordon Biersch brewer: creating a culture of teamwork and hospitality and upholding our high standards for in-house handcrafted beer. 

We use the best of German engineering and American ingenuity, creating what we believe to be the finest in-house craft beers in world.  We brew a variety of handcrafted ales and lagers on a daily basis, leaving never a dull moment in our on-site breweries.  Our brewers are an integral part of the restaurant and management team, ensuring our guests have the best brewery restaurant experience available.

3 years prior brewing experience preferred. Formal Brewing Education a plus.
