Insurance Eligibility:
Part Time Insurance: Employees are eligible the first of the month following 30 days employment
Full Time Insurance: Employees are eligible the first of the month after averaging 30+ hours per week for six months; includes Company paid life insurance of $10,000 when employee is enrolled in the full time medical plan

Team Members must have worked one year, avergage 1,000 hours of service and must be at least 21 years of age.
