    Insurance Eligibility:
  • Part Time Insurance: Employees are eligible the first of the month following 30 days employment
  • Full Time Insurance: Employees are eligible the first of the month after averaging 30+ hours per week for six months; includes Company paid life insurance of $10,000 when employee is enrolled in the full time medical plan

  • 401(k) Eligibility:
    Team Members must have worked one year, avergage 1,000 hours of service and must be at least 21 years of age.
