Sparkling Wine

The bubbles in sparkling wine were a mystery until the early 1600s, often attributed to phases of the moon or good and evil spirits. Now, of course, we know it's just good-old carbon dioxide resulting from the fermenting process. The bubbly result is always delightful, and our bartenders always have a nice selection of sparkling wines or champagnes available for your special occasion, large party or big event.
